2023/05/12: We will close the visa issuance soon.
If you need to apply for a visa to enter Japan and ask for an invitation letter from the conference secretariat, please fill in the questionnaire (see the attachment) and return it to the ICOM2023 Secretariat without further delay!
In some countries, the visa applicants could take over a month to be issued. Also, please note that the visa will be a single visa and might not comply with your request to stay in Japan beyond the conference period. Finally, the invitation letter will only be provided upon confirming your registration fee payment!

2023/04/11: The deadline for early registration fees has been postponed to May 26, 2023.
2023/02/20: Running the server maintenance will be unavailable to apply for the services on 3/16 (Thur) from 22:00 - 24:00 Japan time. This maintenance is a regular performance check.
