Suntory also takes great pride in the research of water and cultivating this precious resource. During this observation tour at Musashino brewery, you will see first hand the manufacturing process using natural water to create a premium malt beverage. Guests can enjoy beer tasting at the end of the tour.

On the day, we will introduce our analysis instruments and examples of membrane measurements.

Starting operation in 1931, Shibaura Water Reclamation Center is the third oldest Water Reclamation Center in Tokyo. This is the first site in Japan to use ceramic filtering materials in the reclaimed wastewater treatment process.

At Kobe Shushinkan, visitors can tour the brewery's "Fukuju-kura," a brewery building established in 1751. At Sakabayashi, the brewery's ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant), visitors can enjoy sake and kaiseki meals prepared with local seasonal ingredients.
